DENISE KEEKAN 

Denise obtained a Baccalaureus Procurationis (B.Proc) Degree from the University of Durban Westville. She has attained extensive training and experience in Civil Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Personal Injury Litigation, Administration of Estates, Medical Negligence, Refugee Law, Immigration Law and Drafting of opinions and Contracts. She has rights of appearance in the High Court and has extensive High Court experience.

OLIVIA CHRISTINE SWARDLING 

Olivia is a dynamic and outspoken female attorney who holds a Bachelor of Social Science (B.Soc Sci) and a Bachelors of Laws (LLB) obtained at the University of Natal. Olivia holds rights of appearance in the High Court of South Africa and specialises in Personal Injury Litigation, Commercial Law, Civil Litigation, Law of Contracts, Labour Law, Occupational Health and Safety, High Court and Labour Court Litigation, Medical Negligence, Social Security Law, Insurance Law and Disciplinary Enquiries.

JENIFER LONDEKA NGCOBO 

Londeka obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, was admitted in July 2009 and has High Court Rights of Appearance. She is an enthusiastic attorney who readily accepts professional challenges. Londeka adopts a meticulous and thorough approach when tackling legal issues. She specialises in Civil Litigation; Third Party Litigation; Medical Negligence and Commercial Mediation, Family Law, Administration of Estates, Drafting of Opinions and Contracts and Negotiating Settlements.

CHANELLE MARY PIETERS 

Chanelle obtained a Bachelors of Laws (LLB) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, was admitted in August 2012 and has High Court Rights of Appearance. She is an attorney of substantial quality, she is able to synthesise legal issues and complete in – depth legal research on a variety of aspects. She is a tenacious individual. She specialises in Civil Law, Personal Injury Litigation, Family Law, Deceased Estates, Debt Collections, Labour Law, Social Security Law, Refugee and Immigration Law, CCMA and Disciplinary Enquiries.

FUNDA NKONZOMBI

Funda obtained her Bachelors of Laws (LLB) from the Walter Sisulu University. She completed her Practical Legal Training course at UKZN, Howard College in 2015. She is currently studying towards a Masters Degree in Business Law at UKZN, Howard College. She is an energetic, motivated young professional who adopts a skilled and well researched approach to the tasks at hand.
