Eskom and eThekwini Municipality have engaged our services on their respective panels for eight (8) years to date. Hughes-Madondo Incorporated is actively involved with Eskom in respect of chairing Occupational Health and Safety enquiries and providing reports and opinions in respect of same. We are further actively involved in dispute resolution, review, arbitration and providing legal opinions to eThekwini Municipality in respect of Labour related issues. We have represented the Road Accident Fund in Magistrate, Regional and High Court Civil Litigation for the past fourteen (14) years in respect of personal injury matters.
